  56. Could anyone help a beginner sound card programmer?  I have successfully
  57. loaded a GUS GM patch, can play it back at any pitch (thanks to the
  58. formulas and tables posted), but I haven't implemented vibrato or tremolo.
  59. My experimentation with tremelo has been to use UltraVectorLinearVolume to
  60. ramp the volume from the current to a new volume, and setting the volume
  61. bits to bi-directional looping.

  63. However, there are missing tables in the SDK for tremolo/vibrato.  Also,
  64. how do you put a rate in hz into the volume ramping procedures?  Or do you
  65. just put it in at hz?  And the sdk says that 255 for tremolo depth means
  66. 16 dB.  Well, how would you convert this to linear volume?  I haven't
  67. experimented with vibrato yet, but one thing at a time...
